If there is an issue with with product Viralstyle will reprint/reship the product to your customer at no additional charge or hassle. If the customer does not want a new product, we will issue you the refund then you to the customer.
We as the fulfillment partner will take full responsibility for misprinted or damaged items, we will require Visual Confirmation (a clear photo) from the customer to confirm before replacing. Please be sure to ask for this visual confirmation when they inquire, this is needed in order to proceed. We do not require the item to be returned.
(For Visual Confirmation: Simply reach out to us (In-app) with the email address the customer used when purchasing & visual confirmation of the product/print flaw. We’ll be sure to expedite the refund or reprint/reship.)
