A buyer contacted me saying they made a mistake in their shipping address. Can I fix it?

If the order was placed less than 24hrs prior to the time your¬†buyer is reaching out for an address change, you can change the shipping address on the “Order Details” page manually.

It is not possible to change the address of an order that has been routed to fulfillment (after 24hrs).

Note: Some themes/apps allow the buyer to do this them selves through the verification email. This services is not provided by Viralstyle Fulfillment.
